The design concept for this outdoor oasis, was to eliminate the existing builder-grade wooden deck, and replace it with a year-round space for entertaining. Equally important, the design needed to be cohesive with the traditional low-county style of this home while providing a seamless flow to the outside. Creative engineering allowed for an elevated patio, complete with bluestone pavers, a soothing water feature, and a maintenance-free fiberglass pergola with retractable awnings.
